How to use the DNA
Management Kit? The DNA
LifePrint Management Kit has been designed to be the most effective
system for collecting and retaining a DNA sample. The following
illustrates how the collection can be done in six simple steps.
| STEP 1:
Insert vial into DNA
Vial Holder located on back of box.

STEP 2:
Remove cap from vial.
Remove cotton swabs from packaging.

| STEP 3:
Rub cotton swab
against inside cheek for five seconds. (cotton swab
now contains DNA sample)

STEP 4:
Place cotton swab into
vial. Repeat steps 3 & 4 with other cotton swab.

| STEP 5:
Replace cap securely.
(*Important - cotton swabs MUST remain inside closed vial!)

STEP 6:
Complete the enclosed
RED
envelope and place
securely closed vial into the envelope.
|
*Store envelope in a safe place at room
temperature. The envelope may also be placed back into the DNA
LifePrint™ box for added security. |
